Man-Pai / Hiroshige: Landscape

Hiroshige: Landscape - Sketches

The image shows a river bend. One bridge leads to the other shore (or to an island). From there a pathway climbs to a building, probably part of a temple or shrine) of which the roof is seen. Some figures are seen on both sides of the river, whilst others are climbing towards the building.

Nice, colorful, composition of an unidentified place, probably the Hachiman shrine in Fukagawa.
